To my surprise she was very pleasant, not pushy and listened to exactly what I was looking for in a truck. She sent me pics and videos of potential trucks that fit my search criteria. The videos were personalized as in using my name so not just a generic video of a truck that she sends to all her customers. The whole experience at Kelowna Chevrolet was outstanding and it all started with Lydia. My family is very happy with our new truck. More
