We bought a new-used i4 e35 (4000 km). Clean and ready for us when we arrived. Great team and no pressure sales. After we bought it we had an issue with a software update. We brought the car in and they had it cleared and reprogrammed in no time. Plus they have Dad's Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies and coffee, with massage chairs! ;-) We looked at Mercedes and the staff was a bit too stuffy. BMW team was dynamic and welcoming. Our sales connection, Nick, even came in on his day off to work with us and ensure we were taken care of. Thanks everyone! More
I love my 435i It's incredibly powerful and shifts as' 'smooth as silk'. I love how the seat wraps around me. I do have one complaint on your Service survey that was emailed after my appointment. It asks for a rating and then says that anything less then a 9 is a fail. I feel that this leads to false ratings. BMW emailed after my appointment. It asks for a rating and then says that anything less then a 9 is a fail. I feel that this leads to false ratings. BMW or any other auto maker always has room for improvement so a 10 out of 10 would be a rare rating 7-9 would be a great rating. so please don't pressure us to rate you a 9. or change the rating range to 1-3 or good, better, best.
