Great Service but problem with vehicle. The staff at Jonker Honda have been excellent to deal with. We are very happy with the quality of service. The sales process was excellent and efficient and we we never felt pressured. The only disappointment we have is that our brand new Honda Odyssey has a problem with the steering column. This problem was apparent immediately when we drove the vehicle off the lot. We have since taken the vehicle back twice to try and rectify the problem, however, they have not been able to fix it. The service department have been great and have now ordered a second set of parts to see if it will sort out the issue. Our concern is that with a brand new vehicle, you do not expect there to be problems as soon as you drive it off the lot! We are concerned for the quality and safety of our purchase. More

First Honda purchase Jonker Honda was recommended to me by a friend who previously purchased through Jonker and was very satisfied. I found the Sales Rep Daniel Sak to be Jonker Honda was recommended to me by a friend who previously purchased through Jonker and was very satisfied. I found the Sales Rep Daniel Sak to be friendly, helpful and accommodating but not "pushy". The new vehicle selection was extensive although I ended up purchasing a 2015 Accord Dealer Demo. I initially had some difficulty with the varied pricing involved as the price listed on your website and shown on the car was found to be, although at no time shown or stated, a cash only price. When I began the purchase process I discovered that because I wished to trade in a vehicle the price was suddenly $2,000.00 higher. In addition ,I was told that my trade had negligible value and would be wholesaled out as it was not suitable for resale by Jonker. After further discussion and consideration I elected to proceed with the purchase. I am so far extremely happy with the Accord but was somewhat dismayed to see my trade in vehicle on the Jonker website offered at almost 3x what I received. More
