A little disorganized. A lot bad service. Brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change inspection. I was told the apt would take 1.5 hours before hand. When I got there they told me to come back in 2.5 hours so I had to change my plans and get a shuttle back home. They ended up calling me 1.5 hours later to pick up in the end. A little annoying but no biggie. The next day I realize my car is making funny noises. I take the vehicle in the next morning where I explain the noises etc. They try to explain the noise is probably due to tire tread discrepancies and not the service they did. I insist they check for safety sake. They start to explain that they have a full schedule ahead of me and can’t fit me in, specifically pointing out another patron saying they need to get to work. Essentially forcing me to apologize to their clients for their mistake. I explain to them that my apt. Was 2 days before everyone else and I need them to fix the poor job they did previously so I can drive my kids around safely and also get myself to work. They FINALLY agree I can leave my car and they will take a look whenever they get a chance and call me whenever they happen to figure out what went wrong. Again I argue that I should be a priority since my apt was 2 days previous. Not to mention the shoddy service I received?! In the end I say fine and leave. They did not offer a shuttle or any other mode of transport to get around in the mean time. They call me 4 hours later and explain that something was rubbing the rotor and caliper and it’s fixed now I can come pick up the car. And it’s FREE OF CHARGE... gee thanks guys. Thinking I may just go back to spiffy lube in future... More

Lost personal item while in service. New sale rep sucks I can assume that a personal item was gone due to unknown reason while my car was there for service, but yesterday was the worst experience I got whil I can assume that a personal item was gone due to unknown reason while my car was there for service, but yesterday was the worst experience I got while being there to look for a new car. The sale rep was mean and not motivated to do anything unless asked. Communication with customers couldn’t be worst here by Thomas Chang as he wasn’t willing to show me about the features of the vehicle, unless I ask him one by one. Worst of all, he denied me a print out of the overall page which has all accessories selected that I’ll need to discus with my wife. Worst attitude! Cold face dealer! More
