So-So #1) We took our vehicle in for a booked appointment for warranty work on a couple of occasions. They established what they thought was the problem. #1) We took our vehicle in for a booked appointment for warranty work on a couple of occasions. They established what they thought was the problem. The repair did not fix the problem. My husband actually had to take a technician out for a drive so that the technician could hear the noises that we were talking about. The repairs that have been done were done correctly and we haven't had a problem once the repairs are completed but we find my husband has to guide them (technicians) through the diagnostic process. Parts are never on hand and we have to wait for them to be delivered and then have to arrange time in our schedule to have a 2nd appointment to actually fix the vehicle. 2) During a warranty repair visit when the front end was being worked on, we requested a tire rotation, not knowing that the dealership charges twice the amount of local tire shops and were shocked at the price when asked to pay the $49 bill. My husband phoned a local tire shop and was quoted $20 for a tire rotation. 3) My husband dropped by the dealership today for their express lube service as we needed an oil change. Granted, this was at 4:00 but there were no vehicles on the hoists or in the lanes and he was turned away as there was apparently no one to do the oil change. Not much point in being open as an express service if you aren't able to be staffed properly and can't provide the service. More
