Back ordered part took 11 months I don't usually complain, but this was unusual. Purchased a new Pilot in Sept 2015. Last week I called them again and they said the part has been available for months now...unfortunately they forgot to call me. It was a 3.5hr job to get the transmission cooler installed...had to ask for a ride to the mall...you'd think it would have been offered. Not impressed. More
