When I'm looking for another new vehicle for my wife or I, Jason would be the first person I would go to. As for Lliya Rush, I would never want to deal with him again. He was one sentence away from me walking out of your dealership with no new vehicle. I made the deal with Jason regarding the new Van on Sept 9/16. It had to me shipped to Jonker's. I came in on Thursday Sept 15 to ask about the Van. I didn't know Jason was in, so I asked Iliya about the status about the van. I needed to know since I was leaving for Toronto on Sept 16 in the afternoon. At that point Lliya was very rude to me and even said that he could sale the van to someone else. Just before that Jason saw me and came in the office. Jason and Lliya then went for a walk to the Service Department to check and see if they could get the van ready for by Friday afternoon, once its delivered. When they got back Lliya's attitude was a bit better to me but not enough to ever deal with him again. Since the year 1999, between my wife and I, we have purchased 8 new vehicles and no sales person has ever been rude to me. If it wasn't for Jason, I would have walked away from the deal. More
