Quality of service Went in for oil change. No oil drips of any sort on my garage floor. Called to service urgently as I have bad oil leaks every where. Mechanic stated a Went in for oil change. No oil drips of any sort on my garage floor. Called to service urgently as I have bad oil leaks every where. Mechanic stated and showed it was leaking from the water pump area, and showed a large drop (sorry did not take photo) oil starting from oil drain plug and hanging from pan(like you get when tap dripping). |Disproved to mechanic coming from water pump as was dry and area he referred to was when the water pump and timing belt was replaced as it was a dark sealant.Stated to mechanic the oil you are showing me is not good and if this being the case why is my garage floor clean.Challenged him to now come to my place at this very moment to come and look. Asked whether he changed the oil neopreme washer on the drain plug every time as required. States yes. He now did not appear interested in pointing out the oil leak further.Said he would put a dye into oil and would be able to trace oil leak. Told him the last situation of the oil pan leak which did not occur and cost was absorbed by dealer right after oil change issue again. Took vehicle home and drove for three days(not just to drive but due to necessity) and after each drive placed a large mirror under vehicle and even sent pictures in later there was no oil drips or leaks under the vehicle. At time of this note, still drips or leaks showing on garage floor,Then at end of service the young man tried to tell he heard the power steering pump and knows from the sound it needs a flush. Not impressed with the flow coming form his mouth and told hims when he tried to tell me all four tires were worn down badly and that is why 9/32 's stands for. More

Safety related recall - Remedy by Jonker Honda at no charge I am writing a delayed review as I went on vacation after works were done by Jonker Honda on my Honda Pilot. Just wanted to say that the staff I dealt I am writing a delayed review as I went on vacation after works were done by Jonker Honda on my Honda Pilot. Just wanted to say that the staff I dealt with explained to me the parts that were being replaced and it's function, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. On learning that I have no ride and I have to wait about 4 hours while corrective works are performed, immediately arranged courtesy vehicle. Among others, Jonker Honda was the only dealership who took the lead to inform me of recall, ordered parts, scheduled appointment and worked to make my vehicle safe. I am truly impressed with Jonker Honda for their professionalism. I was not a regular customer customer at Jonker Honda but will be now. More

Service cost You charge too much to rotate tires, you would think after buying a car from there tire rotation would be complimentary. When you buy tires from a tire shop they rotate at no charge for the life of the tire. My opinion is this is not an acceptable charge and I will buy my next car elsewhere More
