Purchased a new Honda Civic Very happy and excited that I got my car the VERY same day I bought it!!! Went to Jonker Honda at 9am, spoke to the salesperson Frank who was very nic Very happy and excited that I got my car the VERY same day I bought it!!! Went to Jonker Honda at 9am, spoke to the salesperson Frank who was very nice and a pleasure to do business with--offered me an attractive deal that made me decide to purchase my vehicle in this dealership location instead of the one in Fleetwood--and made me feel this is the best decision I'LL EVER DO! He spoke in my behalf to his manager and I love the offer they gave me! I test drove the car and loved it! The manager Eric was very nice and professional too. Then the Finance Lady Lisa interviewed me and took all my financial statuses, told me they will call me if my loan gets approved then to come back by 4pm to process the papers and take the car. Before lunch they called me and told me I was approved!! Soo ecstatic!! She made this purchase possible by ensuring the car gets cleaned and ready for pick up in a very short notice. I came back at 4pm, asked my salesperson to give me a car with not much kms on it and got the silver car with 10 kms in odo. Couldn't be any happier!! He also ensured my car has full gas tank and showed me how to operate it. My finance lady also made arrangements for me to come back on my day off so they could finish the undercoating protection and provided me a courtesy car for 2 days!! My courtesy car wasn't even the stinky old car you would think they'd offer but was a 2016 Mazda CX5!! They were very helpful and made sure I didn't get charged for the rental car!! The only downside though is when I was about to sign the deed of sale, I saw other "insurance charges" like replacement insurance, disability insurance, etc. Lisa sweet talked me and my family to taking it but never mentioned there was a charge on it. In the end I had to tell her to remove the disability insurance after all the trouble of printing the documents and re-doing her work. It was almost 6pm on a saturday and she obviously wants to go home after a long day. She changed moods from our cheery light talks and laughters to looking annoyed, displeased and even frowning. Oh well. I'm still glad she helped me ensure I get my car the same day though. More

Exceptional We had a brake failure on Sunday morning and I knew from recent service that this was the first week the dealership was open on a Sunday. It looked like we wouldn't get serviced because their are fewer staff on Sunday but Carina went to work on it and fit us in. We got our brakes fixed, and the transmission fluid changed to! This was a great help to us because I work 6 days a week now and can rarely find time to get servicing done. Waiting for several hours was nothing compared to having my car back in order to earn income. Carina was very helpful! More

Coffee machine great, under estimate of time not so good. I would give 5 Stars but they have under estimated the time needed for servicing twice now. Waiting area is great with the coffee machine of all coffee machines but I would have liked to know ahead of time to make better use of my own busy schedule. My amazing salesperson Tim Gallo sought me out concerned when he saw I was coming in for service, making sure everything was ok with the car, which was awesome! More
