I had sent out emails to numerous dealerships a few weeks back. Dan got back to me within hours and assured me that he'd get me the best price in town. I believe he kept his promise and did the best he could to get me a fair deal. I know I could've gotten another $200 or $300 lowered at an another dealership but I decided to go with Jonker just because of how great Dan was. He was genuinely kind and considerate. Hope Jonker will be able to keep him around for a very long time because I believe he is in fact a great asset to this establishment. Also adding to all that, the finance manager, Joe was also extremely helpful with explaining the whole process of leasing a vehicle. He was very open and upfront with me. He offered me great advice about how to go about managing my money better and provided me with lots of options. I was glad I got to deal with the two fine individuals I mentioned above for a stress free car buying experience and I wish them all the success in the future. Very pleasant to deal with...upon picking up vehicle he even came after me to explain my invoice....very appreciated. Had problem with invoice total upon paying and sales clerk {sorry didn't get name} understood confusion and settled my bill appropriately. Very pleased to see he put customer's happiness and concerns first. Have always enjoyed coming to Langley Honda (20+ yrs) ...pay a little more...however mechanics must be very experienced....because we have never had problems with our 2x Honda's.
