Balanced performance. I brought my PILOT in to have all 4 wheels balanced after re-installing my summer wheels back on my vehicle. They are now "shimmy" free and I had the advantage of having my vehicle looked aver with advisories on what needed doing in the future. More

Purchasing 2017 CR-V EX Traded in my 2010 Accord for a 2017 CR-V EX. Excellent information and service from salesman Daniel Sak, Sid Goraya, and the Sales and Parts Managers Traded in my 2010 Accord for a 2017 CR-V EX. Excellent information and service from salesman Daniel Sak, Sid Goraya, and the Sales and Parts Managers. Daniel very knowledgable and helpful. On the plus side, all the specifications I looked at were standard on the CR-V EX. Everything on the Sensing/Safety suite was standard. On the Nissan Rogue SV, they were in a Technology Package ($1458). The power moonroof was in a $2300 package. Metallic grey paint was $135. On the Mazda CX-5 GS, the safety and sensing features were in the Comfort and iActive packages, $1500 and $900. The cargo cover was $245. Fog lights N/A. White paint $350, grey $450. On the minus side, Nissan offered a $3000 cash incentive, and Toyota offered $2000 and 0% financing. Both Nissan and Toyota have AM/FM/CD; Honda no CD. All in all, I am very pleased with my new Honda. More
No Service used car purchase The Langley Honda dealership has been our home deal since we moved here in 1988. We have enjoyed may good years of service. However, this last go around of purchasing a used accident free car for our son went sideways fast. First, I my husband called on a vehicle that was for sale only wanting to find out some details and price. He was told to come down and he would receive the best deal. When he arrived, the sales man was very uninviting, uninformed, and when pricing was discussed, (which we expect a good deal having purchased 6 Hondas in our history and referring four people in the last two years who purchased vehicles,) it was a minimal reduction and if he expected to get a car for a better deal he should shop elsewhere! What a shock! When the sales manager called follow up we very much shared our frustration on how we were treated. I stressed that all people who enter the lot should be treated like people who have a Honda buying history and not like people who have not done their homework and shopped around. He encouraged us to come back and offered us a deal which was a fair deal and had that been offered the first time, I probably would not be writing this. We continued to look around elsewhere but found another car at their dealership that we were interested. Again, my husband went to view after arranging this with the sales manager. To our great surprise, the sales manager, had the same sales person, who treated us badly the first time help. Hey everyone deserves a second chance, right! He showed us the first car we were originally interested in and then told us it had an accident on it, a second car we were interested in had a no value claim on it that could not be verified but they were sure it was fine (if they cannot confirm they cannot verify, we are not stupid)(did I mentioned we only wanted a accident free car, oh yes I did, over and over again) and then we reviewed the car we came back to see, a 2013. My husband has to wait 40 minutes for them to come back with an offer for us, way too long in my books. We weren't' asking for thousands off but at least $1500 for us good clients seemed more than fair. We did buy the 2013 car but the process was very much less than a good experience. When we picked up the car the same sales person asked us during the final inspection if we knew for sure we had bought a 2013, or was it a 2012! I tell you that took the case on brainless comments. Oh then there was the garbage in the middle compartment at pickup after the amazing detailing job they said they did. Another 45 minutes waiting for the car to have that compartment cleaned of obvious garbage missed during detailing, another 15 minutes while they took the car to fill it with gas and we were on our way. WOW. Now you might ask why did we even buy a Honda. We bought this 2013 Honda Civic for our son, because it was the best car and safest car for the value of it. We did not buy this car because of the lack or should I say poor service we received every step of the way. Honda vehicles are great and we will continue to be a Honda family, but the location of our future purchases will surely change to a dealership that combines great cars with red carpet service and one that truly values their repeat customers. Did I mention that the owner emailed us to see how our experience went and how they could improve their service and when I called him to discuss I was forwarded to a voice mail and have yet to hear from him! More
