Find a different dealership I have been going to Jonker Honda for the last few years due to their proximity to my home. Never been fully satisfied, always felt that they were ove I have been going to Jonker Honda for the last few years due to their proximity to my home. Never been fully satisfied, always felt that they were over charging or finding items to do to charge. Never came out with just the service bill. In the latest service, told me to replace the steering pump (said it was leaking), took it to another dealership. There is nothing wrong with it. Also, they said that a bulb was replaced but I couldn’t find which one. Called back and had to call 4 times for them to call back. So overall a terrible dealership, my recommendation would be to find a different one More

When the service department wicket was free, no one called either one of us to proceed with our needs. Just an eye contact or a comment, "we'll be with you in a moment", would have been sufficient. Having the car washed was a nice touch, and I'll still be back! More

It is approximately 28months into my finance and i’ve had to have several issues that needed to be repaired. The servicing is my main complaint. Complied with every maintenance/servicing required and battery died shortly after my last costly servicing. The customer is required to pay and cover the costs for Honda to “diagnose” the issue and cover for half of the costs to replace the battery that was deemed “faulty”. I wouldn’t have chosen to get my vehicle at Jonker Honda if i had known that their means to assist me with my concern was to recite or forward me the owner’s manual and just tell me “it is what it is”. So in my honest opinion, I really would not recommend a Honda vehicle or Jonker Honda. More
