Great Experience I had been looking for a new SUV for my wife for some time ,I looked at every make and model out there over the past 2 months and I stopped into Jim W I had been looking for a new SUV for my wife for some time ,I looked at every make and model out there over the past 2 months and I stopped into Jim Wilson and was amazed at the service and car i recieved . I bought a Buick Encore and it had everything my wife was looking for PLUS. All the other makes had some of the stuff we wanted but would have had to ordered in extra .It was such a pleasent Experience i bought it on the spot. The Encore had it all and what a beautiful ride. The Sales rep Brendan Murphy had the best public relashonship skills and he new what he was selling he had all the answers and was polite. Out of province purchase! Super experience I had been shopping for a particular model of vehicle (volks Touareg TDI) on various web sites and visited three dealerships in the province of Quebec I had been shopping for a particular model of vehicle (volks Touareg TDI) on various web sites and visited three dealerships in the province of Quebec, i came upon a Touareg being offered by the good folks at Jim Wilson ! I originally sent off an e-mail to the posted ad. I received a reply within 24 hours, actually more like 12 hours as i sent off my message of inquiry on a sunday evening and received my response the following morning early on. To which there was a follow up by phone and my representative was Steve Ferguson. He was very very polite and courteous and answering most of my questions and was true to his word in getting the answers he did not have on hand in very timely manner. Feeling comfortable at this point Steve put me in contact with Ashleigh Wilson, to see if I could qualify for financing. She was also extremely professional and got my financing set up in lightning speed. Because of the high level of service in dealing with Steve and Ashleigh, I felt that I could move forward and make the purchase even though i had not seen or driven the SUV. My reasoning was that they were also taking a chance in offering a very fair buyback on my Mercedes. When i say very fair, i mean i could not get a better deal anywhere in my province. Three weeks later, i made the drive out to Orilia, and whithin 1.5 hours, I was back on the road towards Mtl. I had a couple of issues with the vehicle in the first month and this is where Steve and the dealership were exemplary, they responded immediately and paid for all repairs although minor in order to satisfy my needs.
