Great Experience I came in looking to upgrade into something better fit for Muskoka and adventure. I knew what I was looking for but I really knew nothing. Adam was fr I came in looking to upgrade into something better fit for Muskoka and adventure. I knew what I was looking for but I really knew nothing. Adam was friendly from the front door and started asking what I wanted. He added personal stories when explaining options which helped me better decide. We laughed, I learned & by the end I was over the moon with the Equinox that rolled up with my plates on it. It meant even more to me that he took me on a tour of the dealership & then through every button and knob inside the car. I was so nervous to get a new car but with all the laughs & knowledge Adam shared with us, I would come back or tell others to go in and work with him 100%. He even reached out to me today to see how my drive was home and into work with the new ride... top customer service! More

I had an idea of what I was looking for and I contacted Brendan to arrange a test drive. Upon arriving at the dealership, the vehicle was parked out front and gassed up ready for me to take a test drive. Brendan came with me and showed me all of the cars features. He was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle as well as the warranty features. The staff is wonderful to deal with and the environment of the dealership made my first time buying experience a breeze! Thanks again Brendan!! More

They make a mistake, YOU pay Brought my truck in with 97000km on it with transmission problems. They "took care" of me and replaced the torque converter under warranty. 13000km la Brought my truck in with 97000km on it with transmission problems. They "took care" of me and replaced the torque converter under warranty. 13000km later my whole transmission craps out on me leaving me stranded up north. I had to pay for a tow down to orillia to drop it off, jim Wilson's called me back the next afternoon telling me I have to give them concent to go any further because I had to pay for it... I talked to 3 transmission specialists about my problem and they all said the same thing - "odds are when the torque converter went there was likely an issue that caused it, (of which jim Wilson's mechanics never looked into), and what had happened now, is because they didn't flush the system pieces of the torque converter likely got into the system causing it to fail completely just a few months later." Now I strongly feel they figured my warranty was almost up, so they took the cheapest route to get me back up and running, and figured this would happen and this is where they would get their money. I also contacted GM Canada and they said they had to go based off what the dealership was saying.... GREAT customer service! I am not a happy customer, and I would not reccomend to anyone to deal with these guys. Their mechanics are inexperienced and don't know what they are looking at!! I will pay for what's got to be done, but it will not be them getting my hard earned money. More
