I had been dealing with this dealership since I was a kid. On Friday, May 13, 2022, my hubby and I went to that dealership, looking for a truck. There was minimal stock on hand. The sales rep pointed dow kid. On Friday, May 13, 2022, my hubby and I went to that dealership, looking for a truck. There was minimal stock on hand. The sales rep pointed down the street and stated that there was a truck at another facility off-site. He did not accompany us, just left us to fend for ourselves. Poor move. Roy and I felt a little abandoned there. I thought that to be rather odd. We went to look at the truck, and a serviceman asked us if we needed assistance. We stated that we were looking at the truck. He said, “You can look at it all you like!” This was not in a kind manner. It was rather sarcastic. There was no follow-up sentence like, “We will be happy to assist you.” Well, with that being said, I was done! They just lost my business. I went back to that dealership to retrieve my receipt for the final payment of my Cruz. I did let the sales rep know of our negative experience! Guess what? I went to Ken Knapp Ford, just down the street, and we purchased a 2019 F150! Low mileage, beautiful! Jeff Smith lost a $49K sale over the behavior of 2 people. More
