Not worth my drive for the customer service and quality After reviewing the reviews of this dealership and reviewing their stock online, I took my spouse out to check it out after work. I had my eye on a Chevrolet and was ready to buy. I had high hopes. I did call before, to ensure the vehicles (this dealership had a couple of the model in stock) I was reviewing online was still in stock and that there were sales agents available when we got there. The experience was nothing like I was hoping. After waiting 10 minutes in the showroom sitting in a vehicle, we were asked to go around the vehicles we were interested in and the "sales agent" would be there. After a few minutes wait, the sales agent finally came to talk to us. I had a few questions and she couldn't answer them. She got us keys (how helpful of her) to test drive one of the vehicles. When we came back from the drive, she was again not available to help us. She was with another client and we had to wait. After waiting and getting keys to go on another test drive (had a different engine) we went to talk with her about making an offer on a vehicle because I wanted to buy what they had in stock. The vehicle I was interested in was the demo - though online it was shown as a NEW vehicle. It was priced as a new vehicle, and she was selling it as a new vehicle!! This was so odd. GM offered $450 off on this vehicle as an incentive and $1000 off if you financed the car. I was not impressed with this price or how she was handling the sale. She got the night manager to help her. He didn’t know he had this demo in stock! And was pretty surprised that it was being sold as a NEW car. He offered me $1000 off the demo. This vehicle has 19,000 km and was marked down $1000. This was a shame. I was surprised at what I was hearing. This was a despicable experience! I would caution anyone who is looking at travelling to the county for a better experience. I did not receive one. More

Pleasantly surprised Went shopping for a good used car with my grandson. We saw a nice car we liked and they let us take it for a test drive, with no salesman tagging along in the back seat. When we got back we said we would buy the car and pick it up in 1 week. They didn’t ask for a deposit, they said they did business the old fashioned way.....just a handshake. We left feeling pleasantly surprised. So far we would highly recommend this dealership. More

They didn’t a very unprofessional job! I brought my truck in because it was making a noise! They fixed the problem but when I got home to look at what they had done I saw that they had just I brought my truck in because it was making a noise! Does not look professional and honestly I do not feel really safe driving the truck now!! More

It way by far the most satisfying experience I could have hoped for. Paul was fantastic in providing me with options that exceeded what I wanted to drive and stay within my budget for a new car. Holly and the finance team were exceptional in getting the deal done and I walked away with the worlds biggest smile. Then you have Rene in reception who is always friendly, bubbly, and welcomes you with a warm family type personality. That's what you get at this dealership......I recommend this experience to all!!!!! And I love my new car!!!!! Jody More
