Started the financing processe . I was told 525 a month on the phone but when I went in it was 556 a month. The truck had a dent it took about a week to fix. The bumper had the licence plate moved to the side to hide a missing peice of plastic (didn't notice till at home). They added a warrenty that I didn't want on, then said ,if I try to do the application again I could loose the financing. We did the financing again this time they added nitrogen tires, I didn't want to do the application again so I just took the hit. The paper work when I went to pick up had the wrong truck on it. They charged me 389 brokerage fee plus all the others. My rate went up because I didn't take the warrenty. They had the wrong address on the paper work. They did not like me asking questions at all, to the point of me getting attitude back. I got the truck I wanted but it was a bit of a headache. I won't be doing business with them again because I feel they where trying to weasel money out of the deal. Hopefully nothing goes wrong with the truck and I won't have to deal with them again. My advice is, if they have a vehicle you want finance through the bank if you can. Steve the sales guy was fine it was all David. Update.... 5 days later. The low air presume sensor was on when we looked at the truck it was supposed to be fixed. JP motors just filled the tire with air to turn it off ....there is a screw in it. I have a warrenty that covers this but it should have been fixed before. I will update on how they handle the problem.I left a message on 04/04/2016.Tire was plugged because I had a warrenty for it.New problem, rear drivers side door does not lock unless pushed manually More

What you buy is what you get I had went to JP to look at a few weeks ago. It was a bit slushy out and the salesman was reluctant to let me take the car for a test drive but seeing I had went to JP to look at a few weeks ago. It was a bit slushy out and the salesman was reluctant to let me take the car for a test drive but seeing as how I had just driven from Toronto I insisted. Being as how this was the 2nd manual car I have driven, 1st being an old 99 Mazda protege. I was unsure of what to look for as far as the clutch went. The car drove fine aside from some shaky gear changes. I passed it off as me just being rusty and unfamiliar with the car. After a small drive around the block we talked numbers. I slept on the decision for the night and decided to go back and purchase the vehicle. I was sold on, what they call call a 30 day mechanical warranty. Which is supposed to cover Engine, Air conditioning, Suspension and Drivetrain. I figured if anything was wrong it should be easily covered under this warranty and it put my mind a bit at ease over the decision. Heres where things get fun.... For starters it took about a week for my car to be ready for pickup. Being as how this is a big dealer and I purchased this $8000 car from there "value lot" I figured I was just a low priority customer and didn't put up a stink. After finally picking up the car and driving home and to work the next day it was apparent there was an issue. The clutch would pop out very fast making smooth shifting under regular driving impossible. I had my mechanic test drive the vehicle and he said indeed there was a clutch issue. We had also noticed the rear brakes were so hot to the point I burned myself touching the rotor. Come to find out the rear driver calliper was seized. The warranty said nothing about brakes so bit the bullet and paid $500 for new rear callipers, i decided to pick my battles and have them address the real issue here, THE CLUTCH. I took in in that Thursday (6 days after pick up) and asked them to look at the clutch, i was told a simple clutch adjustment has fixed the issue and was given my car back the next day. I drove the car for another few days and it was obvious the problem was not fixed and aside from that my front brakes were beginning to make noise. I took the vehicle to a transmission shop to get a proper diagnosis and was told the flywheel had most likely blown a spring. I got a written estimate for $1800 and said I would speak with JP and see what they can do for me. I made an appointment for a road test and was told "the car is a little jerky but its an old car and cant expect it to be perfect" then I was told I would have to speak with a service manager who was conveniently out at the time. I called and left him a message and waited until the next morning at about 10 when I called again with no answer. Again I left a message. After waiting once again I decided to call customer care and see if they could put me in contact with the sales manager. I finally received a call back and was told that the faulty clutch was not covered under the warranty and that I cant expect the clutch to be like it was brand new. I said I really don't need to to be brand new but the issue needs to be addressed before it causes more damage. Then I was also told my squeaky brakes are due to the "new pads" that need to be broken in. Im not a mechanic but I know new brakes should stop making noise after about a day of driving. In a nut shell I was told they would not fix the issue and that I was on my own. For such a big company it would cost them next to nothing to fix this and make me a happy customer. Instead I'm going to have to pay out of pocket to insure the vehicle operates properly. If you are buying a vehicle from here I wouldn't recommend any of the warranty packages or other things they will try and sell you at the end of your transaction. They didn't help me out at all More
