My Experience I purchased a 2012 Infiniti G37X Luxury Sedan in June 2016. Prior to going to J.P. Motors, I compared a number of G37Xs at other dealerships, and the I purchased a 2012 Infiniti G37X Luxury Sedan in June 2016. Prior to going to J.P. Motors, I compared a number of G37Xs at other dealerships, and the model offered by J.P. Motors had half of the kilometres compared to the competitors. Upon test driving the car, it exceeded all of my expectations. Having put 3,000km on since purchase, there hasn't been a single issue. I actually took it for an inspection just before the 1,500km warranty expired and was told it's was one of the tightest used cars that the local dealership had ever seen. I was also surprised to have the car come with a second key fob even though J.P. Motors were upfront about the fact that most cars only come with one. The only issue I have was that they were fairly aggressive with the extended warranties. But I just couldn't see the value in a $4,000 3-year unlimited kilometre warranty. It just seemed very steep for a Nissan in a fancy suit. Although, when I said that to the financier, she moved right along to the next subject. So, I would say that as long as you are a savvy shopper and have done your due diligence, you'll be happy with your purchase from J.P. Motors. Should they have another car in which I am interested, I would definitely buy from them again. More

Although I wasn't very happy with their "non-negotiable" pricing, the overall purchase experience was good. When I checked online for other pricing, I found JP Motors was actually the lowest. The car I purchased was absolutely immaculate and when I saw a dent on the side of the car prior to pick up of my car JP Motors was quick to fix it for me. The 30 day guarantee i received with my car proved helpful as I had two very small issues to deal with. The service department handled that expertly. My sales rep Sasha was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me to get through the entire experience It felt like she was on my side. Thank you JP Motors for an amazing car : ) More

I was in the market for my first car, and I feel as though my naivety really hindered my experience at this dealership. The sales associate took advantage of the fact that I was unsure about what I understood. They failed to inform me of crucial details about the car that would have deterred my interest. The worst part is that after we talked about the price of the vehicle, the sales associate promised me they couldn't budge on the price - I just checked the listing and it looks like the car went down $900. Overall shady business and I absolutely would not recommend to anyone who is a novice buyer. More
