The dealership does not stand behind their product. They issued a certification on a vehicle I bought that had an airbag light on and refused to get back to me after they couldn't repair it. They also sca issued a certification on a vehicle I bought that had an airbag light on and refused to get back to me after they couldn't repair it. They also scam you into lease agreements and gave me my car with faulty steering, no jack, no cabin filter, airbag light on. They don't deserve anyones business. They are arrogant and act like they are doing you a favor. More

This was the first time I went to JP Motors and I can tell you I was definitely please with my experience. From the online booking for a test drive to David's exceptional service. I really appreciated Ken giving me the time to decide on a vehicle. I was debating between 2 different cars and Ken didn't pressure me into buying anything immediately.
