I would NEVER do business with this guy. I've been looking for my daughters first car. I stopped in for a test drive. Thomas was obviously not interested in my business. I felt he came along on the test drive out of obligation only - not trying to win my business. "Keep it under the speed limit." Don't play with the compression." Once around the block only." (All right hand turns.) "When you commit to the purchase, we'll let you take it out on the highway." I mentioned that all 4 tires would not pass safety. He said that you only need a millimeter of tread to pass - and as long as it passes - it passes. So it passes by the "skin of your teeth" and that's alright? What else is just "sneaking past" inspection? This does nothing to create confidence in JP Motors. Dear JP Motors, you will NEVER get a dollar of my business as long as you have people like this representing your organization. I have never been treated with such disdain. More

Very Disappointing Experience Sales Manager Henry was over half an hour late to our scheduled appointment. He sold the car to me on the premise that the service department would ma Sales Manager Henry was over half an hour late to our scheduled appointment. He sold the car to me on the premise that the service department would make it run like new again. Within a week I had a $500 repair that they wouldn't reimburse me for. Considering the nature of the repair (old, worn out belts), it's very disappointing that I was sold the car without at the very least the disclosure of this information. Also, Henry continuously sent me internal JP Motors communications via email after getting my email confused with that of a fellow employee. It continued for a period even after I informed him of the mistake. Overall, just very disappointing, unprofessional service. More

Friendly Service, No Pressure, Great Car Had a great experience. Bill Palmer helped me look at cars with zero pressure, answering questions and giving me space. When I decided on a car, Henr Had a great experience. Bill Palmer helped me look at cars with zero pressure, answering questions and giving me space. When I decided on a car, Henry Sterczewski helped me fill out all the paperwork and get everything sorted quickly and in a friendly way. Upon pick up (which was a day earlier than they thought it would be), Keith Johnston walked me through everything really well, was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable as a first time car buyer. The car is wonderful. I've had it for a month with no problems (although, if there are any problems you have 30 days to bring it back for a free fix). I'm so happy with my new-to-me car and would happily go back here for peace of mind and excellent service in the future. More

Under promise + OVER deliver is exactly what this entire team did. First off, I'd like to showcase Dave Dubik who sold me my 2012 Lexus RX350 AWD. This man is the most professional and caring car salesman I have ever worked with. I am in the insurance industry and work alongside car professionals every day and Dave by far is the most impressive. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted but he was/is completely thorough with his explanations, descriptions, and processes. Dave understood exactly what I was looking for because he listened thoroughly to what I wanted. Not only did I have an incredible test drive but he also went out of his way to get me the vehicle I wanted after we talked at length. I had some tough "real" questions for him and he was able to give me "real" and truthful answers. Simply put, HE got the job done + in an impeccable time frame. I am entirely grateful for Dave and his professionalism and care that he demonstrates in his craft. Also, I purchased a 2 door whip off him about 6 years ago and randomly ran into him in the big city a couple years ago and he remembered exactly who I was and what I bought... Impressive to say the least.... Next comes the financing manager Elena. Elena simply put is INCREDIBLE. She did her job with poise, comfort, and wonderful explanations of what I was going to get and how the financing would work. She is very empathetic and tailors the extra purchases to my needs perfectly because she understood me and what I was looking for. Well done Elena, cheers to you and your job PERFECTLY done. Oh, and did I tell you that she got me a kick xxx interest rate for a used car due to what I was trading in?!?! Next comes the delivery team.... Cheers to Krista Medeiros who remembered me from my initial purchase with JP about 6 years ago... Krista explained the final paperwork thoroughly and made sure that I was completely satisfied prior to leaving the dealership - she ensured that I wasn't leaving with any questions or concerns... she cares... 6 years later with a marriage and kids in her life she remembered me by my name and face... That's customer service exemplified. Finally, hats off to the detail team who worked hard to get my new ride looking incredible inside and out. The detail team knew how meticulous I am on cleanliness (they inspected my trade-in) and over delivered. They made that RX350 SHINE so I'd like to say Cheers to that team for making me feel special + like the only one who mattered. Kudos. A HUGE thank you to this team for making me feel special and getting me into a new and comfortable ride. Great Overall Experience I had been looking for this certain type of car with certain options for months and located one on the website. My salesperson was Sasha Barns who was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. After a test drive and a couple days to think about it I decided to purchase and negotiated a trade-in price. At no time did I ever feel any pressure!
