Out of 5, I would give them a rating of -5 I recently purchased a certified vehicle from J.P. Motors. P/U said vehicle, it had bald, cracked tires, and damage to the interior. The next day a I recently purchased a certified vehicle from J.P. Motors. P/U said vehicle, it had bald, cracked tires, and damage to the interior. The next day a I drove the car to an automobile repair facility. The Technician who looked at my car said it would NOT PASS CERTIFICATION due to the worn out and dangerous tires. So I called the sale's manager from J.P. MOTORS and reported the complaint. I wanted compensation for this matter. The tires were so worn out and weather cracked, I had to purchase a new tires at my expense. They did not respond as per any compensation in this matter, to me for almost two weeks! After dealing with this same service manager, I finally was compensated. In conclusion I would not buy a used vehicle from these people. They do not care about customer service, they just care about how much money they make. And worst of all at the risk of my safety and others sharing the road that I drive on. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP... They are not to be trusted....I am very disappointed. More

Nicholas Macloud was the finance manager who went above and beyond to help me with my financing. I have a low credit score and have been turned away from several dealerships. I thought it was going to be impossible for me to get a car or financing. Not only did Nicholas get me approved he got the lowest interest rate with very little down.
