Honestly the best experience buying a car I have ever had, and I have bought several in the past. I think back to Tim's level of professionalism often. Being female, I often feel pressured entering a dealership. I did not feel that way at all with Tim. He was friendly, and was willing to let me take my time and decide what was right for me. When I need another car I will definitely be returning, and I hope Tim will still be there. I recommend him to everyone I know looking for a used vehicle. More

Don’t recommend I would never do business with Thomas Steinman or JP Motors again. Thomas didn’t disclose that car I bought from him does not have keyless entry remo I would never do business with Thomas Steinman or JP Motors again. Thomas didn’t disclose that car I bought from him does not have keyless entry remote. The car was advertised on the web site as it has keyless entry remote. When I came to the lot to look at the car, everything was set up so that I never physically handle the key. Thomas was not helpful at all when I contacted him regarding their clerk, Keith’s, promise that the key would be provided in the near future and continued to repeat that we signed in the contract a clause stating “verbal promises will not be honored”. I will never go back to JP Motors. More
