Worst dealership to deal with We put down a deposit for a van and 2 days later they sold it to someone else. It has now been almost 2 weeks and they have yet to give us our deposit We put down a deposit for a van and 2 days later they sold it to someone else. It has now been almost 2 weeks and they have yet to give us our deposit or ownership for our trade in back. We got a call to contact our insurance company because we got the van we wanted upon calling dealership to confirm our contact there had no idea what was going on and it took days for anyone to call is back. They are very unprofessional and I will ensure everyone I know hears about all the s rewards ups. I will never recommend this dealership. Horrible service More

Far above normal customer service Ken has gone way above and beyond the expectations of customer service. Since day one I walked into the dealership he has not pushed me into making a deal on a vehicle and has let me come to down to my pick of vehicles all by myself without any pushing. Very ontop of every question or concern I have thought of throughout this entire process and has done everything possible to make this the most comfortable and worry free deal I have ever done. Giving my personal information out without consent. We are happy with our vehicle choice but that is it. The delivery process was non existent and the Salesman was no where to be found. 2 days before we We are happy with our vehicle choice but that is it. The delivery process was non existent and the Salesman was no where to be found. 2 days before we picked up the vehicle, My wife and I both received phone calls and I received an email from a Hamilton based I surance broker congratulating us on the purchase of our new car. When I asked how they got my info, They informed me that it was common practice for JP to hand out this information so that they can " Help customers get the best rate on insurance" . I sent my " Salesman" a text and he seemed very upset that our info was handed out. His follow up? Nothing. We are now being hounded by Sirius Radio asking us to subscribe... Guess where they got our Cellphone numbers from? That's right. JP! We signed nothing authorizing them to hand out our info....We have an issue with the blower motor in the the car, The " Salesman's" reply? Call service and make an appointment. Did I buy a car from the service department? No. My call to the governing body of Car Dealera in Ontario was nothing tha a waste of time. They made a note....Great..Thank God the car is a rare model and was $8000 under the market. Otherwise, I would be upset... More
