Little did we know the guy getting out was gonna sell us that exact vehicle. We were thinking Honda for sometime and things just smoothly fell into place and the entire experience was relaxed and free just like my Family likes it. David was knowledgeable, kind and relaxed. My wife is a great judge of character and she said, " I'd buy a car from David if we can't get this one for some reason." Well we finalized the process quickly the next day with David on that exact civic that caught our eye and my wife loves the car and to her it was like getting a new car. David's demeanor fit our style and I feel I made a wise decision because my wife thinks I bought her a new car...shhhhh... More
Things started out great but didn’t continue out the entire process is why I gave only a 3 star rating. We dealt with Mike Liang who was really easy to deal with and very helpful as we looked through the vehicles in stock. Once we decided which one we wanted to test he set it up for us and off we went. Upon returning he answered all the questions we had and explained to us how the process would be handled. We were informed that a $500 deposit is required which holds the vehicle for 5 days. I informed him that I was going away on a busy trip but would be back the following Saturday to pick up the vehicle, actually 6 days, and that was fine with Mike. We then went over to the main sales office on Plains Rd and were introduced to Zainab who would handle the rest of the process, signing papers etc. I again informed her about picking up the car the following Saturday and again was told that would be fine. On Tuesday I received a call from the service department asking when I could stop by the following day to pick up the car. I told them I couldn’t pick it up until Saturday as I had already informed Mike and Zainab. They seemed caught off guard by that but arranged to pick it up at 9:30 Saturday morning. On Wednesday I received another call from Zainab asking about picking up the car the following day. I AGAIN informed her that I would be picking up the car on Saturday as agreed to with her personally the week before and the service department the day before. She seemed taken back by this but agreed to it (like there was another option). When we arrived to pick up the car on Saturday at 9:30 no one was able to help us. Zainab was there and she looked into it for us and said, “Mike is on his way, you are scheduled to pick up the car at 10am.” I told her no, 9:30 as agreed upon earlier in the week. We waited for Mike who showed up at 9:45 and he informed us he was also told we were picking the car up at 10am. The miscommunication was troubling. The second issue we had was to do with the license plate for the vehicle. The car was from quebec which doesn’t require a license plate on the front. My son texted the dealership on the Monday to ask them not to drill holes in the bumper and that he would be bringing his own license plate holder. He received a response of “we’ll look into it and get back to you.” After not hearing back he texted them again on Tuesday and got the same response. On Wednesday he still hadn’t heard back so he emailed them, again no response. When Zainab called me on Wednesday to wrongly ask when I was picking up the car she mentioned she received an email in regards to the license plate and that it might have been too late at this time to do anything about it but would look into it and get back to me. Not surprisingly I never heard back from her and when we picked up the car on Saturday the license plate had been installed exactly how we had asked it not to be. If you have an option to text and email you should be expected to respond to them, not just simply ignore it. For these two reasons, however small others may think they are I would not recommend JP Motors for future customers. More

Amazed and surprised ! I never thought i would buy a car so early and that too a Dodge Charger 2019. But she made me feel worthy and important. Rob at service, along with his colleague, didn't catch her name, but both were wonderful. The car is great but intimidating, Lol. I keep a water bottle in the cup holder so I have something that resembles a shifter. The care is like the spaceship enterprise, even the logo on the front looks like what Captain Kirk has. This car is all push button, very fancy. Acura TLX. Even had a BMW driver make comment at the grocery store the other day, all he had to say …. Nice Ride. Now I feel cool. Although I still am hanging on to my 2005 Nissan … familiarity is worth something. Karen More
