Despite bad experiences and now low credit scores, I went to Island Ford with almost no hopes of being able to get into a vehicle. My credit wasn't great by any means but that didn't stop Sandra the lovely sales lady from putting me into a car I wanted. Chris the finance guy worked for hours trying to get the numbers to work for me. During that time Sandra and a new protege Ivan kept me company. We got to know one another pretty well, they made me feel comfortable and relaxed like meeting new friends. In the end IF was able to put me in an awesome used car I could afford and trust. Everyone really went out if their way for me here. And I really appreciated that. I will be buying my future vehicles from here. And yes, I am a real person, from the valley and not a paid actor!
