Outstanding Service Went in to schedule my car for service, and decided to look into upgrade options. Found the car i wanted and my sales rep Ryan Provencal went to work Went in to schedule my car for service, and decided to look into upgrade options. Found the car i wanted and my sales rep Ryan Provencal went to work trying to get me this car. About 2 weeks later I get a call from Ryan telling me they have an approval and I just need to some in to sign the paperwork. During those 2 weeks, the guys at Island Ford were able to get my old car in for service as a rush as I needed a car, they gave me a loaner while mine was in service. So when I went to sign the papers, Ryan tells me he couldn't get me the car I wanted but he did get me something very similar....I wanted a 2015 Focus.....it was a 2015 Fiesta, with the extra features I was looking for. Customer service above and beyond from everyone there. Very good experience, I did not feel pressured, or rushed into anything, They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made it happen. I am 1 very satisfied customer. More
