Mind Shift I came in to Island Ford because my friend was looking for vehicle. She'd never bought new before and wanted me there with her to help her stave off I came in to Island Ford because my friend was looking for vehicle. She'd never bought new before and wanted me there with her to help her stave off any over-eager, under-moraled salespeople. I was superfluous, thanks to Jordan Jones. He changed our opinion of the stereotypical car salesman. He was humble, helpful, and knowledgeable and never once pushed my friend anywhere near being uncomfortable, as had been my previous experiences with other dealers. He helped her find exactly what she wanted by asking questions and listening to her and most importantly by being absolutely genuine. Although my own 2008 Ford Escape is still going strong, I'll be buying my next vehicle from Jordan at Island Ford. Thank you for easing my friend into this experience with such care. More

Despite bad experiences and now low credit s After previous bad experiences with a dealship I bought my previous car from I was hesitant to try again. Despite bad experiences and now low credit scores, I went to Island Ford with almost no hopes of being able to get into a vehicle. My credit wasn't great by any means but that didn't stop Sandra the lovely sales lady from putting me into a car I wanted. Chris the finance guy worked for hours trying to get the numbers to work for me. During that time Sandra and a new protege Ivan kept me company. We got to know one another pretty well, they made me feel comfortable and relaxed like meeting new friends. In the end IF was able to put me in an awesome used car I could afford and trust. Everyone really went out if their way for me here. And I really appreciated that. I will be buying my future vehicles from here. And yes, I am a real person, from the valley and not a paid actor!
