My new 2016 ford escape. I didn't get exactly what I wanted but the outcome of my final deal at ford has had me thrilled with the new 2016 ford escape that I drove away in and I didn't get exactly what I wanted but the outcome of my final deal at ford has had me thrilled with the new 2016 ford escape that I drove away in and the wait time for approval was unbelievably fast. always go back to Dave Faithful we all have that bad car buying experience. as a female I have had a few. Skeptical but satisfied I came to the ford dealership looking for a more reliable vehicle as my other one was running its course, i was dealing with Sandra and she made sure I came to the ford dealership looking for a more reliable vehicle as my other one was running its course, i was dealing with Sandra and she made sure everything i wanted was going to be in the vehicle i was able to afford as my financial situation was tight, she worked with me and the finance team to get me a car that was affordable and reliable and it worked out much faster then other dealerships i have gone to, A big thank you to Sandra and Chris and everyone at island ford for this newer vehicle. Terrible weather, but great customer service and attitude! I've been looking around at vehicles lately, and decided to check out ford down in Duncan, and Jesse was the sales consultant that engaged me, and des I've been looking around at vehicles lately, and decided to check out ford down in Duncan, and Jesse was the sales consultant that engaged me, and despite the rain and the cold his attitude was still friendly and cheerful! Not to mention he was very informative, I was impressed, most sales individuals try to rush things, Jesse took the time to listen and really find out what my needs were! I do believe I'll be coming back and dealing with him in the near future and recommending him to my family and friends! More
