I love dogs and I was able to spend a few minutes with two friendly dogs. Every one working at Island Ford made me feel comfortable as this was my very first time buying a new vehicle. I could see that all of them had a good working relationship with each other. I also saw that they had fun with each other. Sandra stayed with me through out the long transaction. Matt worked hard in his office, getting me the best deal for me. Edie patiently explained the financial way I would be paying for my new car. I am looking forward to telling my friends about my pleasant experience at Island Ford. More

Every time I have dealt with Dave and will only deal with Dave. Dave has made the car buying experience easy and painless. Dave is a VERY busy, salesman and sometimes I don't know how he keeps everyone happy. Dave isn't just focused on the sale, his after sale customer care is EXCELLENT as well. Dave has always been there to take care of me and any questions that I may have or any issues. The dealership is great to deal with. I drive up from Victoria to have my vehicles serviced all the time. Well worth it, as the dealers in Victoria are so painful to deal with. Service department has been good to deal with as well.
