Great customer service! My wife and I were looking for a replacement vehicle as ours had been written off in an accident. We had been to quite a few dealers and test drove many cars. We could not find what we wanted so headed north of Victoria to Island Ford in Duncan. Kyle helped us as we looked at an test drove a few vehicles. He was knowledgeable and very service oriented. Despite an honest error in paperwork our experience was great and we highly recommend Kyle and Island Ford...it was worth the drive to Duncan!!!! More

HAPPY CAMPERS Wife and I drove up to Duncan for lunch and some car browsing. We were planning an upgrade soon on our 2010 Escape. We parked and were greeted by Sandra Jurcic and the rest was an excellent experience from start to completion of a deal. Sandra showed us a few cars that we would be interested in and helped guide us to a selection. From then on the wheels were put in motion. Sandra stands out as a "sales lady" who knows her stuff, very good product knowledge, no waffling about and very personable. Bryan was great in explaining the deal to us and helping close it to our satisfaction. Chris was very professional and thorough in explaining the financial end. Sandra was bubbly and a pleasure to deal with. I certainly would want to deal with Sandra again. Was the BEST experience I've ever had at a car dealership, will go again and recommend this dealership to anyone interested in "HAVING FUN" purchasing a vehicle. More
