Very satisfied with all the staff at Island Ford. We recently took our 2013 Ford Edge in for servicing. They found the problems ( which two other garages couldn't) and fixed them. While waiting we wandered the used car lot and a very nice salesman named Robert Martin came & talked to us. He was very friendly but not pushy! We decided to trade our 2013 in and bought a 2015 Ford Edge. Rob was so helpful and every person we had to meet with to complete the transition was so pleasant and easy to deal with. David Faithfull and the team at Island Ford ho I just picked up a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic RS the other day and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase! David Faithfull and the team at Island Ford hooked me up with a sweet ride! I'm absolutely in love with this car! I needed a good reliable safe fuel efficient used car(but also fun to drive😉) for commuting back and forth to work, so I went on the hunt and did a lot of research of different vehicles. I went to Island Ford first to check out what they had as I and my family have dealt with David several times in the past. And of course I wanted to keep my options open so I went to a few neighboring dealers to see what they had as well. And each time I kept getting pulled back to Island Ford because of their impeccable service. One dealer I went to the salesman didn't even introduce himself or asked me my name.. I felt like I was just a dollar sign. But David Faithfull treated me with respect and dignity even when I was undecided a few times whether I could go through with the purchase, he was very patient and understanding with my situation and was always right there waiting and ready to help. I can't say enough good things about Dave and the team at Island Ford as I truly felt like I was part of something more than just a dealership.
