My partner and I arrived to the lot knowing exactly what it was we wanted: A new Ford Focus. Because the Focus is so popular, the three new ones they had on the lot a week prior were already gone. So, they showed us a 2014 Ford Focus Titanium with low kilometres, all the bells and whistles, and for only a few thousands dollars more than the 2015 low-end model. It was still within out budget. Unlike other dealerships I've visited before, there was no high pressure sales and Chris and Jordan didn't try to pressure us into buying a more expensive vehicle that didn't suit our needs. They respected that we had done our research and knew exactly what we wanted, so they did their best to put us in the vehicle of our choice in the same day. The entire team at Island Superstore worked tirelessly for three and a half hours straight to get the vehicle insured, spent an hour waiting for our payment to clear (electronic communication error), and more. all with a smile on their face. BONUS: Chris and Jordan are huge geeks. So, if you want to spend time talking gaming and technology while being put in a vehicle that suits your needs and your budget, you definitely want to ask for either Jordan or Chris.
