Second Time Impressed In 2014 we had to change my husbands vehicle to something more fuel efficient for the commute associated with his new position. So when it came time to trade in our truck for something better suited for the growing needs of our family, we went back to Ford because of the great service we had previously. A few minor hiccups, but we ended up with a truck that makes my entire family happy. Our 20 month old even falls asleep in it, when we're NOT moving! Before driving our new Flex off the lot, she made sure we knew how to make use of every bell and whistle. As well, she exchanged our plates for us and made sure our vehicle was beyond clean and polished. The buying process was an awesome experience and we love our new wheels. While vehicle trustworthiness is the most important reason for driving a Ford, salespeople like Isabelle (and her coworkers) ensure that we shall continue to buy Fords.
