I made an inquiry about the value of my vehicle and was called by one of your salespeople and explained my situation on November 5th. On November 7th, he texted me and suggested that a remote appraisal co called by one of your salespeople and explained my situation on November 5th. On November 7th, he texted me and suggested that a remote appraisal could be done on my vehicle. I submitted photos of my vehicle along with the current kms on November 7th. The salesperson never responded to confirm receipt of the photos, so I texted him again on November 8th, and no response. This lack of responsiveness really indicates that the salesperson had little or no interest in assisting me as a customer. Not impressed at all. More
