Alex, Jesse and Tim made my buying experience an excellent, easy and enjoyable experience. I think My sales guy Alex Lapointe was second to none. I called ahead to book a service appointment for recall issues they forgot to look at last time I was in for my oil change/inspection/winter tire swap. I'm told I've been booked for a 9am shuttle for Thurs issues they forgot to look at last time I was in for my oil change/inspection/winter tire swap. I'm told I've been booked for a 9am shuttle for Thursday, July 31st. I show up yesterday, drop off my car and key and told the work should be done by 4. I go to hop on the shuttle and am told I wasn't booked in, but they'll see what they can do. They manage to squeeze me in, I go to work. At 2pm I get a call informing me that they neglected to check whether they had the parts to complete the recall service I requested on the sun roof and rear calipers/handbrake meaning I have to go get my car and come back the next day. I get picked up from work by the shuttle with a promise that the work will be completed the following day. I request to be booked on the shuttle again, and am told it's done. I arrive this morning, drop off the car and key again, and again am told by the shuttle driver that I am not booked on the 9am shuttle but they'll see if they can squeeze me in. I am also informed that due to a change in policy happening TODAY, I can only be picked up at the nearest bus station. I figure, no big deal... I'm only a 1 minute walk from a station. I get in the shuttle, go to work. I get a call at 11:30am informing me that the policy is actually such that they'll only pick me up at Woodroffe and Baseline, an hour and a half walk from where I work. It's pooring rain today. I was only informed of this after having availed of the service the day before without too much trouble, and today one way and after having to have come back a second day due to systemic ineptitude. I bought a brand new Hyundai Veloster at your dealership a year and a half ago, and winter tires about 8 months ago. I shouldn't have to put up with this kind of crap. The only business you'll ever see from me again is my free oil changes. More

Today my wife I finally decided to purchase a new SUV (2013 Santa Fe Sport Limited Turbo) , we did shop around and the reason we decided to purchase are new SUV at Hyundai Hunt Club was the way we were (2013 Santa Fe Sport Limited Turbo) , we did shop around and the reason we decided to purchase are new SUV at Hyundai Hunt Club was the way we were greeter by Eric Almeida . Is welcoming was excellent, Eric was so helpful he made us feel at ease , we never felt any pressure from Eric , he took the time to explain the product without going overboard. After he was finish explaining the product in 20 minutes we had a deal . I will recommend Eric to all my friends for their future purchase ... My wife and I are super please with our experience and we thanks Eric and not to forget our Sale Manager Tim Boileau for a EXCELLENT SERVICE. More
Alex at Hyundai on Hunt Club was great. I was just looking into maybe getting a new car and inquired about the one I eventually purchased and Alex called me right away. Excellent experience dealing with Hyundai on Hunt Club via the unhaggle referral. I received a callback right away, and we came to terms very quickly and easily when I met with Alex in person. (Walking in knowing all of the cost information in advance made this completely different from the usual car-buying experience.) My preferred colour wasn't in stock, but rather than wait the additional 3-4 weeks, I agreed to take a different colour with the add-on side visors comped. My car was ready on the day and time promised, and the dealership accepted my insistence that there be no dealer advertising on the car. Highly recommended (for new car sales, at least - I indicated N/A above for 'Quality of Service' since I have not yet needed to have the car serviced. More
