On my first visit to Hyundai on Hunt Club I was greeted by salesman Marco Floccari. He was friendly and polite, and asked how he may assist me. After a few questions he invited me to his office so that he can better understand what I was looking for in a new vehicle and what options he may be able to offer me. He presented me with a brochure of the vehicle I was interested in and proceeded to go through the different packages available which would interest me, based on my budget and type of options I was looking for. He also explained the different promotions which were currently available including financing terms, etc. After about 30 minutes, I thanked him for his time and that I was still looking at different manufacturers and that I was not ready to make a purchase. Marco returned the gesture with respect and presented me his card and told me I can contact him at any time if I had any questions. About six weeks later and several visits to other dealers for a similar vehicles, I decided to go back and see Marco and ask to test drive the car I wanted as a final step in making my purchase. Thankfully the vehicle I wanted including the colour was in stock and I returned two days later to close the deal. I can truly say may experience at Hyundai on Hunt Club and especially Marco was great! As a salesman, Marco was always friendly, respectful, and most important, honest. He strived to make sure I got what I wanted. I would recommend Marco to all my friends and family. Thank you Marco. More

I had printed off a coupon from Hyuundai on Hunt Club's website and the next day, Alex Lapointe had reached out to us. We made arrangements to meet at the Dilawri Group event that was going on at the Nepean Sportsplex on Friday, the 13th. Definitely no bad luck that day! Having already driven the Sonata Hybrid as a rental, we already knew what we wanted. Alex did an amazing job with getting us the colour we wanted, as well as accessories, a fair trade in value and a fabulous purchase price as we were doing a cash purchase. Not once did we feel pressured or felt like we were in a "cat and mouse" game as can happen with some car salesmen. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience that we have ever had. Nabil Salem did a wonderful job with all the paperwork and the actual purchase and was so friendly. The day we picked up the car, Alex showed us everything about the vehicle and set up my cell phone for blue tooth and introduced us to the service department. Being a first time car buyer I was filled with many questions and admittedly uncertainties. Upon entering the dealership I was promptly greeted by Atheer Noman. Instead of potentially preying on my being naive Mr. Noman listened intently to what I was looking for, the vehicle needs of my family, and my budget. His patience was outstanding! Never did I feel sales pressure. Mr. Noman's product knowledge is impressive as is his customer service which he genuinely understands the importance of. Upon the car delivery Mr. Noman took the time to go over the cars features which was greatly appreciated. The dedication of Mr. Noman made this car purchase a pleasure and his attitude as well as his capabilities surely place him well above others with comparable experience. The price he was able to give us was amazing, we even compared it to another Hyundai dealer we visited and he completely blew them out the water. Suffice to say we had a deal. Upon delivery, he was not happy with the detailing of the vehicle. He promptly brought someone over to go over it and on top of that threw in a free detailing upon our first services. We were very impressed with Alex and the business manager Tim accommodating us. Couldn’t be happier. More

We were greeted with a big, warm, welcoming smile by sales rep Vincent Wienecke. He helped us explore the various models, guided us on a test drive of an Elantra, explaining all its virtues with an infectious enthusiasm, then sat down with us to discuss the possibility of a sale (which we hadn't seriously contemplated when we arrived). He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and we felt comfortable working with him. When we got to detailed financial issues, he was well supported by Sales Manager, Eli Nassrallah, with whom we were able to work through various pricing and payment options and discounts to the point we felt sufficiently well cared for and fairly treated that we decided to buy an Elantra within an hour of wandering in the door. We were told our chosen vehicle (which wasn't in Ottawa) would be available within a month and before the week was out we were called in to pick it up. Vincent worked through all the bells and whistles with us, introduced us to the service managers and sent us on our way as very satisfied customers. More
