Hello Sir I am disappointed that we could not resolve this matter and make you an extremely happy customer like 99% of our customers. You asked for free winter tires and rims from us in order to be happy and remove this negative post from dealer rater, I tried to accommodate by paying half and that was not good enough. Giving you free winter tires and rims is not the solution or the reason dealer rater exists. It exists so people can give there opinions on the service they got at a dealership and help others decide where to buy there next vehicle from. I hope that the readers will see all the other positive reviews and not single out this one negative when they are deciding on where to buy a car from. In your case your dissatisfaction is justified because you had to wait longer then anticipated to take possession of your car on the pick up date due to human error but in no way were you treated sleazily like you stated above. The price was what you agreed to, everything promised to you was delivered like you told me on the telephone, your only hang up was the amount of time it took to get you your vehicle. In the case of the scratches on your vehicle, when I offered to fix them you said not to worry about it because it was in fact only one minor scratch on a piece of plastic on an interior door panel which I still insisted that we will fix. I just want to make it clear that your complaint is based on timing and human error and NOT any sort of dishonesty or sleaziness like you stated in your thread. None of the things you said we did benefits us in any way. We will own up to what we did but the reason is as simple as a delivery gone bad on a very busy day at the end of the month. I am not making excuses but just giving the real reason behind it instead of people thinking that it was anything other then that.

The amount of time I waited was a rather small part of why I was dissatisfied. To recap: The representative failed to have the windows tinted in the week he had the vehicle and either lied or failed to actually get an update on the current status of the vehicle during the two hour period I sat in the waiting room. He even went so far as to say, and I'm quoting, that 'it's almost ready, we're just putting the plates on'. Two lies, since he had no plates. Sleazy. I requested to get a ride to work given the delay and he tried to get out of it. A rather small demand given the previous paragraph and his failure to pick me up earlier that day despite offering to do so. Sleazy. I return to pick up my car at the time he said the car would be ready and it's not ready. Not sleazy, just annoying. His attempt to get me to sign off on the vehicle without inspecting it was absolutely sleazy. Particularly given that he also assured me that he had inspected it himself. I never stated that any of this was to the dealerships benefit, the sales rep was just terrible. Heck, the previous sales manager I dealt with failed to follow-up on his own offer on these tires. I also never mentioned any qualms with the price, I merely mentioned how painful the negotiation process was. At one point he actually tried to convince me that 120 biweekly was the same as 240 monthly (to be clear, biweekly means there will be two months in the year where you have to make three payments). Sleazy. In the end, I wasted an entire day while also being disrespected and lied to repeatedly. I would have been fine had I received even one honest sentence and been treated with any amount of respect. So yes, I wanted a free set of winter tires and given the truly terrible experience that's really not asking much. And in regards to the 99% of people who are satisfied: I'm sure that the number would be far lower if you counted all the people who were dissatisfied but received compensation post-sale to take their review down.

Oh, yes, I did remove a star. That was more rectifying a mistake than anything underhanded. Instead of a 1.2 it's now a 1.0. For clarity.

I've had some time to reflect and Eli raised a good point about the price. I've increased it's rating to 3 stars since the price was indeed fair. The other categories remain as they were.
