This was a surprise because normally we find the car purchasing experience one that we would compare with a visit to a dentist for the removal of an impacted molar. In this case we were pleasantly surprised as the Sales Representative, Tuan Tran,was friendly,helpful, and knowledgeable.We established an immediate rapport which continued through the entire sales and delivery transaction.
