Its been a while since searching for my new Hyundai Sanata fe Lux, a gentleman by the name of Tran approached me and asked if I needed help, since I k Its been a while since searching for my new Hyundai Sanata fe Lux, a gentleman by the name of Tran approached me and asked if I needed help, since I kinda already knew what I was looking for we went for a test dive, usually test drives can be pretty awkward because you got the salesman right next to you, Tran was very easy to deal with, Enjoyed the ride and told Tran that I would be back in and that I just had to think about it, He gave me his business card and said if I had any questions to give him a call or text after going back and fourth for 2 weeks I went back to the dealer and crunched numbers with Tran, I believe Tran was looking out me and not just the dealer he was very honest and got me the best deal on the new Sanata Fe, my wife and I are very pleased with his service and would definitely recommend Tran, Dealers need more Staff like Mr Tran More

I was blown away by Adam Fata's initial offer and nearly jumped on it right away. After a few moments of reflection, Adam not only offered me a better deal on the car, but also gave me an upgraded model. His diligence, and genuine concern towards getting me a vehicle I would love at a price that fit my budget was everything I was hoping for my first car shopping experience. I had to overstep them and call Hyundai Canada directly to find the correct info. when I brought this up with them they Immidiately played the cold shoulder card and got defensive. VERY unprofessional and unsatisfactory "after sale service" also. Not impressed guys! As an Equus certified dealer...very unimpressed with the knowledge of the service offered with the car. More
