When I picked up the car only a few days after the purchase, I noticed that it was not entirely clean, but Adam was able to rectify this immediately, which was much appreciated. I also had a few questions a few days later, and both Adam and the financial person (sorry, can't remember his name) were quick in getting back to me with answers.
