Terrible Service Bought a replacement key for my Passat it needed to be programmed by service. Took over a week to get an appointment. Left the car at 10 as scheduled Bought a replacement key for my Passat it needed to be programmed by service. Took over a week to get an appointment. Left the car at 10 as scheduled was told it would be ready by 2 and they would call @ 1. Never got a call. Called them advisor was on lunch no one could help. Went in at 2 was told the car had not even been looked at won't be ready till 4. No appogly no explaination. My ride had left didn't want to wait another 2 hours for a simple service job. Asked for the service manager John. He told me I shouldn't have came in the time given is and estimate and I have to wait in line or go elsewhere for service. So I took my car and left 5 hours later, no service. I am a big fan of the VW product and am so disappointed that VW would treat a good return customer like that. More

Starting Issue When starting the car it was making a noise that did not sound right. It was inconsistent unfortunately, so having VW identify it was challenging. They were persistent however and it was investigated over two days with no specific findings. They also did research into the situation to see if anyone else could explain the noise I was hearing and were able to provide a reasonable explanation as to what was happening. I appreciated that they listened to me and took my observations seriously. David Williamson was the service manager I dealt with. He was excellent and always has been any time I've been in to Humberview. More

Happy camper... :) Buying a car can be a stressful experience especially when it’s your first new car purchase in 30 years. That was me. I did my homework and did my research online and found good reviews on both Humberview and Joe Warner. I emailed Joe and to my surprise heard back quickly. Booked a time to meet at the dealership. I was not disappointed. My experience was awesome. Joe was informative and kind. He answered all my questions and not once did I feel pressured to make a purchase. He made me feel like I was the most important person there. From the second I heard from him by email to the moment I picked up my car Joe would go out of his way to make sure I was happy with the process. Now that was 8 months ago and I couldn’t be happier with my new car but what really impressed me is that despite the sale being done Joe still is willing to answer questions I may have by responding to my email very quickly with a professional, courteous, kind response. Talk about going above and beyond. As I told him I have no problem voicing my displeasure when I get bad service so I feel it equally important to be vocal about great service.
