The staffs are very nice; but the the waiting time ( we waited 2 weeks for the parts to come and more than 28 hours for the car to be fixed where they said 7 hours) was much longer than suggested. And we need to call back to check the status by ourselves. The most important is that the problem of the car was not fixed after service?! ( the car was shaking and we requested to fix that, but it is still shaking after the service). We just come back from our vacation and will contact them for recheck. More

I’ve been driving it now for a week, had no more issues, and am loving this vehicle. Everyone I have dealt with at Humberview has been courteous and professional, and have exceeded my expectations.
