Top of the notch service I would personally like to take the time to thank the service team at Humberview VW. They have always been great to me for over 2 years. But recentl I would personally like to take the time to thank the service team at Humberview VW. They have always been great to me for over 2 years. But recently when I put my car in service, I was supposed to get picked up from the station in the evening to pick up my car. When I was waiting for my ride I realized I had left my wallet at home. The driver, his name is Rudy - he ensured that was taken care of by taking me home first and then taking me to the service centre. This may sound obvious and easy, but my area is full of construction and terrible traffic in the evening. I will always be grateful for that extra step he took. I hope his Co workers and supervisors read this so they can acknowledge the type of employee this guy is. He made my day. Cheers to the whole service team! More

Not up to par I’m giving one star solely because of one employee who was a standout that meets all expectations of great customer service, Frank. Other than frank, my experiences with this dealership have been nothing short of frustrating and quite honestly, Insulting. Coming from a service industry myself, it’s disappointing to experience no consistency in their level of service and only made matters worse when my encounters with the management was 100x worse than what I experienced on the floor. My issues with this dealership have yet to be resolved and I can wholeheartedly say that I will not be recommending his dealership to anyone, let alone be giving them my own business moving forward. It’s very disappointing that a brand such as VW would allow such mismanagement under their name. More
