Unprofessional sales manager I bought the new honda car from lakeshore honda in 2015 and after bargaining and negotiating the prize of the car, they agreed to provide me 2 synthet I bought the new honda car from lakeshore honda in 2015 and after bargaining and negotiating the prize of the car, they agreed to provide me 2 synthetic oil changes for free. But when I went there to change my oil, they said there is no free oil change entitle for me n no document or record to show that I will get free oil change. Both salesman n finance advisor who were present during the purchase. Unluckily, they both quit the job already.prior to that, I reminded many times to the sales person to record my free oil changes. He said "don't worry. Trust me". The worst part is when sale manager told me, " don't give a headache". Bad ordeal n will never recommend any customer there. More

2015 Honda Civic I was misled by the price of the vehicle. I brokered the deal over the phone as I live 3hrs North of the dealership. We came to a 0% financing for a I was misled by the price of the vehicle. I brokered the deal over the phone as I live 3hrs North of the dealership. We came to a 0% financing for a new 2015 Honda Civic if my down payment was large enough. Turns out that this "down payment" was required to purchase the 0% and did not go towards the price of the vehicle. Why would I agree to this when Honda was already offering 1% financing. As the day was late and I was stuck in the city I purchase the vehicle out right on my AMEX. To top it off when I was looking over the interior of the vehicle the next day I noticed rust stains all over the ceiling. I did not catch on to this during my inspection at the dealership as by the time I got out of there is was dark outside. I notified the dealer right away. It has been over 5 months since I have purchase this vehicle and still I have not been able to resolve this issue. Very disappointed with the whole experience, this is not what purchasing a new vehicle should be like. More

Lakeshore Honda was able to get me the Car at a price that was not possible for my previous dealers with whom I had bought 4 cars before. Not only Lakeshore Honda gave me a good deal but also were able to deliver my white car in 2 days during the holiday seasons. I am very impressed with the Sales manager Patrick and Sales person Alain Tanti for getting the Car on time from their sources. I would recommend everyone to consider visiting them when you are shopping for cars. More
