I'm quite happy with my 2013 crv however I wish I inspected the vechile better. I was very disappointed when I noticed the interior passenger seat was ripped and held up by duct tape. It's an eye sore and I will have to look into fixing it. I would have thought that if the car was detailed I could have been informed or they could have fixed it. On a positive note Allen went above and beyond by taking my cheque to get certified. At the end of the day I would certainly deal with Allen again but I would be a much smarter consumer as this was my first time buying a car from a dealership. More

Experience was ok Everything went very well until it was time to pick up the vehicle and it turns out the wrong vehicle was delivered. We had ordered a black on black vehicle and received a black car with beige/black interior. We were giving the choice of another car being brought in but all the documentation and rust proofing would have to be done and since we had already assigned our old vehicle to our son, we didn't have time to wait and therefore took the vehicle with the beige/black interior. Some free oil changes were thrown in for this error. All this said and done though, our experience with Lakeshore Honda was great. Silvio was always there answering calls (and there were numerous ones) before and even after actually purchasing the vehicle. He was very pleasant and courteous all the time. The morning of picking up the vehicle, he spent almost an hour with us to discuss all the extras the vehicle came with. More
