very poor customer service hi people, beware as this dealers customer service has gone bad. their parts prices have gone way up.they forgot to book my appointment after talking hi people, beware as this dealers customer service has gone bad. their parts prices have gone way up.they forgot to book my appointment after talking to them. had to wait 5 more days and drive with no sunroof. the warranty repair was for brakes that were not repaired properly the first time @ 22000km and to replace the "closed" sun roof that blew out while driving down the highway.after talking to two different service advisers a was told two different stories about both the brakes and the sunroof. as to who replaces the sunroof one says the dealer can and the other says it has to be done at a glass shop.as for the brakes i was told hansens lbx service has to do the repairs as they did the warranty work.so as it stands over one week later i am told i have to pay for the brake rotors that are worn out but were most likely over machined for warping the first time and warped 100 km after the warranty repair. the proper repair would have been to replace them the first time.as for the sunroof they have taken pictures and submitted them to ford for approval which was done friday and two days later as it is now saturday we still have nothing. they could have told me this when i booked my truck in "THE SECOND TIME" and waited i could have brought it in any time during the week and we would have had the yes or no on warranty.i told them i dont have time for the sunroof approval to just install it and i would pay for it i was quoted over 400.00 more than the parts dept would sell it to me for. so if you would like to have poor service and no vehicle for several days while they cant get organized to do 4-5 hrs work then go to hansen ford. for " THE POOREST SERVICE" I HAVE EVER HAD. l.d.
