Understood how I didn't want my credit pulled until I knew what I wanted which made me feel comfortable and not pressured. Understood what my budget was and didn't push me into something i didn't need or couldn't afford. Got me into a brand new F350 super duty. Tim was great explaining and re explaining the finance aspect. Explained the extended waranty and care packages that I needed to suit for my needs. The sales manager was really informative and available. All of ford is amazing at answering any questions and don't beat around the bush!! Morgan the finance lady, also offered her insight and personal experiences with her explorer. It didn't feel at all like high pressure sales, they gave me the information I asked for, answered my many questions, and let me make my own decision. I felt more like I was hanging out with friends at a BBQ rather than the sales floor. They put me at ease with making such a big purchase and understood that I needed time to make the decision. I traded in my van for the explorer and felt that I was given a fair market value price for it. I had a really great sales experience at Hansen, they are very welcoming, open, and actually care. Which is a big deal for me. I may not remember all that they said but I will remember how they made me feel. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. More
