Terrible service, and every visit seems to surface more 'money grab' problems. The last issue with them, I was rear ended in my car. The insurance company wouldn't accept that the ABS module was damaged 'money grab' problems. The last issue with them, I was rear ended in my car. The insurance company wouldn't accept that the ABS module was damaged by the collision, and Hansen backed up the insurance company's claim, rather than a repeat customer (I've purchased 3 new vehicles from their lot). Further, they over estimated the price of parts to repair by more that 30%, as I purchased the parts myself from a dealership on the other side of the country for almost half what Hansen quoted. The labor time estimates were WAY more than what the job to replace and reprogram the new module and HCU actually takes to do, claiming a full day for the reprogramming which actually only takes about 15 minutes. (I would do it myself, but Lincoln has the programming locked for Ford/Lincoln techs only for a 7 y/o vehicle). I've received no support through the entire ordeal from this dealership, and they now block my calls and emails when I attempt to get my car back on the road. Further, they kept my car for almost 2 months before even communicating to me what the diagnostics had found. Terrible customer service, no support for repeat buyers, unless of course you're an oil company buying fleets. More
I took my F350 diesel to have a clunk sound diagnosed. The service manager Laci was very good, pleasant to deal with and knowledegable. I paid for their "Gold Inspection" because the truck is close to warranty expiration. However, when I returned on a Saturday to pick up the truck, there were greasy hand prints all over both fenders, there was DEF fluid dripped down the side of the box under the tank, the block heater chord (engine end) was hanging down inside the wheel well, and the clunk was still there. I crawled under the truck in their parking lot to figure out the chord location. I sent an email to the dealership asking for a refund of the Gold Inspection because I didn't feel there was any value, they didn't fix the issue it was brought for in the first place. Owner said he would forward to the service manager but I haven't heard back. I was willing to let all of this stand until today when I went out to re-torque the wheels (they replaced my tires) and the front drivers side lug nuts after 80 km's were hand tight. There was also a valve stem cap missing so now that valve stem is full of mud. I'm sure glad there is a second dealership in GP. Jon J More
I booked by vehicle 3 weeks in advance for service (I had to plan carefully as I live 2 hours out of GP) and was clear when I booked it that I specifically wanted fluids changed (transfer case, coolant flush to plan carefully as I live 2 hours out of GP) and was clear when I booked it that I specifically wanted fluids changed (transfer case, coolant flush, front and rear diff's, and to have transmission fluid inspected). When I arrived at 8:30 a.m. they had multiple additional maintenance/repairs on the order than I requested. I reviewed the list to what I wanted (but took off the transmission fluid inspection because they said they did not do that..they only go ahead and flush it!?) and also asked for the silver inspection with specific front end inspection (for shocks and struts). I waited in GP all day with my family (and have two young girls) and was informed at 3:45 p.m. the vehicle was only being looked at. The silver inspection was done at 5:00 p.m. with no fluids changed (the main reason I booked). With work and school pending the next day and a two hour drive ahead I had to leave. It's the afternoon of the following day and I still do not have the results from the silver inspection...ugh :( More
Felt with them for a month they lowballed my trade so sold it privately, then came to buy the vehicle and the wouldn’t sell it to me because I was outside of there area. I came in in June to see Jason about my Nissan. He got me in to a 2018 ford escape that the whole family really likes. HORRENDOUS service. As a result of their "miscommunication" I lost out on buisness opportunities and have had to adjust my work schedule to meet their demands. Was not going to leave a review until Dan the manager called and yelled at me to treat me like garbage because I was honest about their terrible customer service. Only dealership I've ever dealt with who thinks it's ok to treat their customers like this; especially when all I wanted was an apology and my accessories installed when they said they would be. 13 days later and still nothing has been installed and I have lost thousands of dollars in business all because of Dan and crooks at Hansen Ford. Anyone reading this should avoid Hansen Ford. As soon as you sign the contract you'll be yelled at and ignored simply for wanting what you paid for. These greedy "salesmen" will ruin your car buying experience and if you have a buisness, I would avoid this dealership like the plague, because they will cost you money and you won't even get an apology. First and last Ford. More
