Each problem was resolved to my satisfaction. No pressure, great vehicle knowledge and great after service are what keeps us coming back to Halton honda. Disrespectful and unprofessional I went for an interview today for part-time reception. As im in the interview I notice on the copy of my resume they have my name highlighted and then I went for an interview today for part-time reception. Now I know that the receptionists name is Lexi or something and I had handed it in to her so my thought is she wrote that because no manager would write on someones resume with such nature. This is disrespectful and out right unprofessional. Safe to say definitely not a great place of business, they seem to be running a high-school! More

It was near lunchtime but the charming young lady at the service desk called the service manager and explained my need. He came took my keys and said he would look after it himself. Within ten minutes I was paying the cost of the bulb to another friendly and courteous gentleman. To the staff I was just an elderly gentleman but I was treated with respect. I am still a practicing physician and if my patients are as happy with my service as I was with the service I got at Halton Honda I will be well pleased. More

The salesman asked for a deposit, and I said fine and asked how much. He emailed me the next day (Wednesday) with the amount. I asked him for his number and a time to call. He emailed my back on Thursday saying he was available until 3PM, I was travelling back that day and got back after 3PM, so I emailed him at 4PM telling him to give me a call if he was still there, otherwise could give him the deposit when I came in on Friday to take the car to my mechanic. I didn't hear back, so the next day (Friday) I called again in the morning to confirm I was ok to pick up the car at 1PM to take it to my Mechanic and give them the deposit, but he didn't answer so I left a message. I drove over to Halton Honda to get the car at 1PM, and he calls me as I'm pulling into the parking lot to tell me that they literally just sold the car to someone else 'because I hadn't put down a deposit'. Getting a call back is virtually impossible and my guess is that he isn't capable of dialing a phone without assistance. The way they have treated my wife suggests they have very little respect for women trying to get a car worked out. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further to another Honda dealer. More
Beware taking new car in for any service! 3 year old Honda Civic purchased new from Halton Honda. After sticking with their service department during the warranty period and having them do "2" 3 year old Honda Civic purchased new from Halton Honda. After sticking with their service department during the warranty period and having them do "2" B services I was under the assumption that they actually did perform what they said they would. B service is supposed to include brake inspection of front and rears and also lubricating the caliper sliding pins. With only 60,000km's on the vehicle I spent this past weekend replacing a completely worn and completely uneven wear at that(all the way to the backing plate) left rear pad. This after their last inspection said rotor thickness and pad wear were fine. I can tell you unequivocally they never even removed the caliper sliding pins EVER. I had to even hammer the inside brake pad out of the bracket to remove it. No grease, no lubrication on any of the hardware/shims. What a sham! The screws were so rusted I needed a breaker bar to loosen them. Each time I paid easily over $300 for this service, there is no chance they ever performed this service. I replaced all the rubber boots on the caliper mounting bracket using synthetic grease, cleaned the sliding pins, re-greased them and replaced all rear pads myself. But it doesn't stop there. One year ago I also had them replace my air filter. Stupid me, I never checked. Today I did. Guess what i found? Yup, don't think that air filter was ever replaced either so today I replaced it myself. I won't ever be back to this dealership. You've been warned! More
Won't return/recommend- Expected more from a Honda dealer On Aug.10th, I gladly had my car towed to Halton Honda for new tires when I had a flat and HH was significantly closer than my regular dealer. However, my feelings turned to utter displeasure after the service, when I learned that one of my rotors had been warped during the tire installation and the service manager did not accept responsibility for this occurrence or offer any solution.. We had to incur our own expense elsewhere to remedy this. I feel really ripped off as a result as I felt that could trust a Honda dealer. Furthermore, I have not had any acknowledgement of the messages I sent 9 days ago to both the service manager, Ian and the General manager Shams. Customer service - NOT More
