Halton Honda responded

I am sorry you feel this way. As was discussed at the time, your blower resistor only worked on high speed. The lower speeds were not working at all. When the higher speed was on the blower was very loud, which indicates the motor and resistor were on its way out. Unfortunately predicting when that would happen is as unrealistic as being able to say exactly when a light bulb will burn out. Murphy's law says it happens while in our shop, but it is unreasonable to say that performing a drive clean test would cause the blower & resistor to stop working. To confirm this and give your wife peace-of-mind, Mark Comfort asked your wife to please take the car to another dealer or independent shop to inquire if this would be possible and seek an independent option. If she took offense to this we apologies. We take great pride in the quality of work we perform and our customer service, however we can not be responsible for pre-existing problems.
